Embed is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders across APAC and EMEA, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and culture initiatives that enable sustainable business growth.

You will work closely with your HR Business Partner peer in the Americas to ensure global alignment of HR policies, programs, and culture initiatives while adapting them appropriately for APAC and EMEA.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience with HR Business Partnering responsibilities.
• Strong experience in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
