Infor Inc. in Singapore seeks an HR Business Partner, Principal to partner with regional leaders and lead cross-functional HR initiatives across APJ, helping shape people strategy, organisation design and talent development.

The successful candidate will influence outcomes through relationships, data and insight, delivering measurable value and sustainable change across multiple locations in the region. This role reports to the APJ HR team and requires strong business acumen, change leadership

Qualifications

• Strategic HRBP experience in multi-country APAC contexts is required.
• Experience delivering change and building HR capability beyond maintenance of existing models.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into people solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience strengthening HR operational foundations while maintaining strategic focus.
• Experience in Global and Mid-sized organisations; comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HRBP to regional leaders based in Singapore and across APJ, aligning HR priorities with business plans.
• Translate business strategy into practical people solutions that improve performance, capability and organisational effectiveness.
• Contribute to efficient, scalable HR foundations, continuously improving processes and governance.
• Advise business leaders on organisational design and talent decisions using workforce data and market insight.
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives across multiple countries, driving ownership and results.
• Partner on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce transformation, supporting employees through transitions.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters with sound judgement to ensure compliant, pragmatic outcomes.
• Lead and drive critical APJ and Global HR initiatives with diverse stakeholders across regions and time zones.
