Infor is seeking an HRBP, Principal to partner strategically with regional business leaders and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across a multi-country APJ region. The role requires a strategic partner with business acumen, capable of influencing outcomes and delivering measurable HR value from Singapore.

The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, advise on design and talent decisions, and sustain organizational effectiveness while operating in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HRBP to regional leaders in Singapore and across APJ.
• Translate business strategy into practical people solutions.

• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters with sound judgement.
