Job summary

LogicMonitor, based in Singapore, seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for employees, managers, and regional leaders across APJ. You will navigate a broad, hands-on remit spanning onboarding, workplace experience, employee relations, performance, engagement, offboarding, and local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for APJ across the employee lifecycle
• Develop understanding of APJ population, culture, and business needs
• Advise regional leaders on engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness
• Coach managers and navigate sensitive employee situations
• Manage employee relations, investigations, grievances, and terminations
• Lead onboarding and offboarding with HR Operations and IT cross-functions
• Foster an engaging office culture with Workplace Experience and site needs
• Maintain knowledge of local employment laws and compliance activities
