Job summary

CHC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in Singapore's construction sector. You will drive policy development, ensure legal compliance, and support project teams with manpower planning and development.

You will supervise the HR function, maintain records and ERP systems, and coordinate foreign worker management while partnering with management on workforce strategy and cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in supervision or management.
• Experience in Singapore construction or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Proven ability to manage Work Permits and foreign manpower matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Singapore employment laws.
• Advise management on manpower planning, KPIs and workforce development.
• Lead HR team and ensure accurate payroll, records and reporting.
• Coordinate foreign manpower processes, work passes and compliance.
