The role blends everyday HR operations with change projects, including policy development, job architecture, compensation benchmarking and performance management, reporting to management and implementing practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Hands-on knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in HR transformation or change initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and governance frameworks.
• Assess existing HR practices and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and employee experience.
• Support HR transformation, process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Conduct salary and compensation benchmarking, analyse market data and recommend appropriate pay positioning.
• Support job evaluation, job grading and the development/review of job descriptions and job architecture.
• Review and improve performance management frameworks, appraisal processes and goal-setting practices.
• Support talent management, succession planning and capability development initiatives.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant development programmes.
• Provide hands-on support across HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
