Job summary

GVT Government Technology Agency seeks an experienced HR specialist to develop, implement, and review sector-wide policies and competency initiatives for the Asatizah workforce across the 2M, Mosque (2M), and ILHAM sectors.

You will coordinate with MUIS HR and policy teams, prepare circulars and implementation plans, and support CSG 2.0/3.0 planning, tracking adoption and issues to supervisors. Strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HRM, Business Admin, Public Policy, or related field.
• Experience in secretariat support and regulatory liaison is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review sector-wide HR policies and competency initiatives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, data gathering, and prepare presentations.
• Prepare circulars, implementation plans, and stakeholder briefings.
• Support CSG 2.0/3.0 planning and project coordination across 2M and ILHAM.
• Maintain records, generate management reports, and support ad-hoc tasks.
