Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to act as hands-on HR Business Partner for its retail network, working with Retail Operations and Store Managers on manpower planning, recruitment, engagement and day-to-day people matters.

You'll balance business needs with HR best practices, own frontline recruitment, support performance and retention, and participate in regional store visits to stay in touch with operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
• About 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in retail or manpower-intensive industries.
• Strong recruitment and HR business partnering hands-on experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering with Retail Operations and Store Managers.
• End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for frontline roles.
• Handle employee relations, performance, attendance and retention.
• Support performance and talent management, including salary reviews.
• Ensure HR operations, documentation and compliance are up to date.
