Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to lead Talent Reinvention initiatives for C-suite and CHROs, moving organizations from rigid job-based models to task- and skills-driven approaches, using AI to boost productivity, agility, and cost efficiency.

You will guide programs across strategy, talent, HR tech, data, and change, translating analytics into executive decisions and shaping Southeast Asia client capabilities. This role is based in Singapore with a focus on regional growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in workforce strategy, management consulting, or talent transformation.
• Deep fluency in skills-based organization design and workforce analytics.
• Ability to shape strategic decisions with C-suite and CHRO stakeholders.
• Strong commercial instincts: experience building pipelines and growing client accounts.
• Proven capability leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program lead for Talent & Workforce programs—covering strategic workforce planning, skills-based org design, analytics, and HR + AI transformation.
• Advise C-suite and CHRO clients on replacing job-based models with skills-level insights.
• Apply Talent Navigator and workforce assets to enable planning, mobility, and cost optimization.
• Diagnose why AI investments aren’t scaling and design workforce interventions.
• Design and deliver workforce transformation roadmaps to improve speed-to-productivity and cost.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, talent, HR tech, data, learning and change.
• Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape proposals, and grow client relationships.
