Job summary

ACRA - Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority seeks an HR professional to drive employee engagement, learning and development, and exit management within Shared Services. You will also help operationalise job rotation and leadership development, while leading travel administration and process optimisation, collaborating with divisional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of general HR experience.
• Strong proficiency in survey administration and data analysis.
• Experience with business process reengineering.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys; translate findings into culture actions.
• Lead learning & development framework and training budget administration.
• Own end-to-end exit management processes and offboarding.
• Oversee overseas travel management for officers; ensure policy adherence.
• Support structured job rotation design and leadership development initiatives.
• Act as a HR partner to Divisional Directors and Group Head; translate needs into value.
• Continuously review and streamline HR processes to boost efficiency.
