Job summary

The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is seeking an experienced HR professional to drive employee engagement, learning & development, and exit management within the Shared Services function in Singapore.

You will partner with divisional leaders to optimise processes, oversee overseas travel administration, structured job rotation and leadership surveys, and deliver a seamless employee experience with external vendors and HR partners.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of general HR experience.
• Strong proficiency in survey administration, data analysis, and business process reengineering; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Demonstrates positivity, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement – Plan and execute organisation-wide employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and translate findings into culture initiatives.
• Learning & Development – Drive end-to-end L&D framework, identify learning gaps, design training interventions, manage course administration, and oversee training budgets.
• Exit Management – Own end-to-end exit management, offboarding workflow, liabilities, payment, and documentation handover.
• Overseas Travel Management – Administer corporate overseas travel processes and ensure policy adherence.
• Talent & Leadership Development – Support structured job rotation design and leadership surveys, report findings for development planning.
• Business Partnering – Liaise with Divisional Directors/Group Head to translate needs into value with HRD.
• Process Optimisation – Review and streamline processes, implement technology to create capacity for strategic HR work.
