Job summary

ACRA - Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore invites an experienced HR professional to support leadership development, total rewards, and HR policy initiatives. You will drive system integration and migration efforts, collaborating with internal HR officers, cross-functional stakeholders, and external consultants to keep HR processes effective and aligned with ACRA’s needs.

Reporting to the Deputy Director (HRD), you will lead a broad range of HR activities, including

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of HR experience, ideally in leadership development, total rewards, and HR policy.
• Experience with HRPS and Workday operations.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Leadership Development programs and succession planning for Directors and above.
• Review remuneration packages and benefits to stay competitive.
• Lead HR Process and Policy reviews and drive change management plans.
• Oversee HR Systems integration and migration to UDAP 2.0 and Workday.
• Maintain Functional Competencies across HR platforms.
• Collect and analyse HR data to deliver workforce insights and dashboards.
