SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR for both the traditional surveying business and a growing tech venture. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.

The role focuses on policy design compliant with Singapore employment law, workforce planning, HRIS administration, training programs, and advising managers. You will champion engagement and change as the organization expands.

Qualificações

• Experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Generalist.
• Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR compliance.
• End-to-end recruitment experience: job design, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Employee relations and performance management, including running review cycles.
• HR administration: policy rollout, HRIS and employee records.
• Experience designing or coordinating training and development programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with teams at every level.
• Handles confidential information with discretion and works well independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

It has recently launched a deep tech start-up working on emerging technologies. This role leads HR for both businesses, so you'll be supporting an established operation and a growing tech venture at the same time.

What You’ll Do
