is seeking a seasoned HR leader to assist the CEO/MD in delivering strategic, high-quality human resources services across the group, driving talent management, compliance, and employer branding to support business growth and operational excellence. You will lead the development and execution of strategic HR plans, oversee all HR functions, and collaborate with divisional directors to deliver initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma or professional degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 8+ years HR/administration experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
• Proficiency with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local labour laws; regional HR experience an advantage.
• Established network in logistics or infrastructure sectors.

Job Summary

Assist the CEO/MD in delivering strategic, high-quality human resources services across the group, driving talent management, compliance, and employer branding to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic human resources plans, policies, and activities to attract and retain talent aligned with business objectives.
• Direct and oversee all human resources functions, operations, and activities to ensure effective service delivery and organizational support.
• Research and analyze HR trends and data to provide actionable insights that add value to business and support units.
• Collaborate with divisional directors to manage initiatives and events that align with the Group's vision and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish and manage operational budgets, ensuring achievement of budget goals and cost-effective development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and protect the interests of all parties in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and service excellence.
• Drive innovative and strategic initiatives to enhance organizational culture and strengthen employer branding across the Group.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR and administration experience, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
• Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS system, especially Unit4 Prosoft HRMS with be an advantage and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local and regional labour legislation is advantageous.
• Established network within land transport, warehouse logistics or infrastructure construction sectors and key industry professionals.
