Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Sr. Director, HR for our Singapore site to partner with leadership and drive talent strategy. This onsite role will connect site teams with HR practices to achieve business objectives.

You will lead a team of HR professionals, develop talent, manage programs with COEs, and advise on workforce planning. Experience across manufacturing and global contexts is essential. The position emphasizes regulatory compliance and high-performing culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP.
Experience in manufacturing environment and international settings.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic HR partner for Singapore site to align HR strategy with business goals.
Lead HR projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Develop and coach HR professionals to build capability across site.
Partner with COEs to implement HR programs for client groups and future talent.
Oversee talent development and succession planning aligned with growth strategies.
Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, or large HR initiatives.
Monitor trends and metrics to identify training needs and coaching.
