Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Singapore is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead local compliance programs, training, and risk assessments in collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams to uphold our high standards.

You will oversee HCP/HCO interactions, monitor regulatory changes, and drive remediation actions while maintaining Edwards' ethical standards across the region. Strong stakeholder management and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 5 years experience in contract or bid management
• Healthcare compliance experience
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and industry codes
• Fluent English; Korean language preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive a high integrity culture by partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams
• Oversee end-to-end review of HCP/HCO interactions ensuring alignment with policies
• Support risk assessments and remediation actions to close gaps
• Monitor policies and procedures with testing templates and metrics
• Coordinate internal audits and remediation actions with Global team
