Job summary

Aedge Technologies PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through offboarding. The role involves coordinating postings, screening, interviewing, and preparing offers, as well as drafting contracts and HR letters.

You will maintain accurate records, handle payroll processing, and manage work passes for foreign staff, liaising with MOM and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Experience coordinating job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Proficiency in preparing contracts, letters, and HR correspondence.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime and CPF/statutory deductions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and offboarding
• Handle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preparation of employment offers
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters and other HR-related correspondence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files and HR databases
• Manage employee attendance, leave, medical leave and other HR administrative matters
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions and other statutory requirements
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters for foreign employees
• Liaise with MOM and other relevant government agencies on employment and manpower matters
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements and company HR policies
• Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances and workplace concerns
