Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and benefits administration within our healthcare-focused teams. You will coordinate onboarding, prepare new hire communications, and maintain records in HR systems.

You will lead Singapore performance cycle activities, support merit reviews and promotions, and ensure compliance with local employment laws. A Bachelor's degree and at least five years of generalist HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire documentation to ensure a smooth experience.
• Support annual performance cycle activities, including goal setting, reviews, and related system tracking.
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits queries.
• Maintain accurate lifecycle records for hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Assist with employment contracts, letters, and local documentation in line with policies.
