Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join its HR team at the Ang Mo Kio site in Singapore. The role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and workforce development to support manufacturing staff.

The successful candidate will manage HR documentation, assist with performance reviews, and drive HR initiatives across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR / Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing / Engineering.
• Experience working with blue-collar / production employees is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, outgoing personality with ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
• Partner with business leaders and line managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and other HR administration.
• Work closely with management and relevant stakeholders on organizational and people-related projects.
• Support HR reporting, analytics, and preparation of management reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
