Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our operations team as an HR Generalist. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support relations, performance management, and payroll coordination to ensure smooth people processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering, with an proactive, independent mindset. On-site work at Ang Mo Kio; regional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Experience working with blue-collar / production employees is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, outgoing personality, able to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and other HR administration.
• Collaborate with management on organizational and people-related projects.
• Support HR reporting, analytics, and management reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Their Singapore office and manufacturing plant has been established for more than 25 years and they are now seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
