Job summary

envirodynamics solutions pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations at our Ang Mo Kio site.

You will partner with line managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies while ensuring accurate records and compliant processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments, and a proactive, independent mindset. Experience with blue‑collar workers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR / Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing / Engineering industries.
• Experience with blue-collar / production employees is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, outgoing personality, able to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
• Partner with business leaders and line managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and other HR administration.
• Collaborate with management on organizational and people-related projects.
• Support HR reporting, analytics, and management reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
