Job summary

Envirodynamics Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead daily HR operations at our Ang Mo Kio site. The role focuses on supporting employees and managers, ensuring compliant HR processes and a positive workplace experience.

You will partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR / Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Experience with blue-collar / production employees is advantageous.
• Proactive, outgoing personality with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
• Partner with business leaders and line managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and other HR administration.
• Work closely with management and relevant stakeholders on organizational and people-related projects.
• Support HR reporting, analytics, and preparation of management reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
