SENIOR HR GENERALIST
Salary: Up to S$6,500 per month
We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist on behalf of our client within the property and investment sector.
This is a broad-based and hands-on HR role supporting day-to-day HR operations while driving improvements across compensation, HR policies, performance management, job grading, talent development, and HR systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support salary and compensation benchmarking exercises and provide market insights and recommendations.
- Review job descriptions and support job evaluation, job grading, and salary structure reviews.
- Review, develop, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and selection through offer management and onboarding.
- Review and enhance performance management and appraisal processes.
- Develop and improve employee onboarding programs and processes.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
- Support change management, HR transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in HRIS and HR system implementation, enhancement, and digitalization projects.
- Provide HR advisory support to employees and management on HR policies, practices, and employee-related matters.
- Work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5-7 years of broad-based HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure to salary benchmarking, job evaluation/job grading, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Experience in HR system implementation, HR transformation or process improvement will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent, resourceful and hands-on with the ability to manage multiple HR priorities.
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience within Asset Management, Property / Real Estate, Real Estate Investment, Investment Management, REITs, Private Equity, Family Offices or other investment-related organisations will be highly preferred.
