Job summary

FAST FLOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support the HR Manager in delivering core HR services across Asia.

You will handle employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HRMS administration to ensure compliant and efficient operations. You will advise managers, implement company policies, and maintain HR records while coordinating training, onboarding, and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR-related roles.
• Full-Time position available.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to directors and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure governance of HR policies and compliance.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment activities and vendor interactions.
• Coordinate staff onboarding, interviews and performance processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and HR records.
• Plan and deliver training/development programs.
