Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive (Human Resource) to support the HR department across the full employee lifecycle. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, contract renewals, and HR operations for research staff, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and MOM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in HR Management (or equivalent).
• 1+ year of Public Healthcare HR experience is beneficial.
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to prioritise competing tasks.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Up to date with Singapore's employment practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle for research staff including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee contract renewals and confirmation appraisals with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee e-Files (SuccessFactors).
• Serve as contact for staff queries on recruitment, policies and benefits.
• Support audits and HR initiatives as assigned.

Education

Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
