National Cancer Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated HR Administration professional to support the full employee lifecycle for research staff. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with Employment Act and MOM guidelines.

Working in a collaborative Human Resources team, you will engage with stakeholders across departments, manage e-files, and participate in audits and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration with HR focus or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of Public Healthcare HR experience beneficial.
  • Meticulous, well-organised with ability to prioritise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Manage full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for Research staff.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administration support and contract renewals with stakeholders.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for staff queries on recruitment, policies and benefits.

About the Role

You will be part of the Human Resource Department, delivering crucial HR-related administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow a career in HR. You will be exposed to different aspects of HR, such as stakeholder management, HR operations and employment legislation compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes for Research staff.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administration support, including:
    • -Managing contract renewals and confirmation appraisals, and timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders across departments,
    • -Maintaining accurate and up-to‑date employee e-PFiles (SuccessFactors).
  • Serve as point-of-contact for staff queries about recruitment, employment legislation, company policies and benefits.
  • Support annual audits and ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience (1-year or more) in Public Healthcare HR-related roles will be beneficial
  • Meticulous, well‑organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and keen to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of HR or Payroll Software (e.g. SAP/ SuccessFactors) will be advantageous
  • Up to date with Singapore's employment practices and regulations, including the Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
