Job summary

NovaHealth TCM Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Senior Human Resources Executive to run full HR operations across multiple clinics in Singapore. You will manage recruitment, payroll, compliance with Singapore employment law, and HR documentation, working closely with management and outlet leaders.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can navigate a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment and ensure accurate HR processes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and CPF/ MOM requirements.
• Experience with payroll processing and HR information systems.
• Excellent drafting skills for HR letters, contracts and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters and disciplinary documents.
• Manage monthly payroll, allowances, CPF contributions and final salary calculations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll data in the HR system.
• Handle work passes, renewals and related regulatory requirements.
• Support HR policies, handbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate performance reviews, probation, exits and HR reporting.
