Job summary

Faststream Recruitment in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive to support a broad range of HR activities across multiple entities. You will manage payroll coordination, employee data, workforce reporting, HRIS administration, and HR policies, working with an international workforce.

You will collaborate with managers and employees regionally to ensure HR processes are accurate and consistent while supporting regional HR operations.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or a relevant discipline.
• Proven HR generalist experience across employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple entities or countries.
• Strong experience in employee data management and workforce reporting.
• Working experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Regional or multinational environment experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure data accuracy across entities.
• Manage employee data, produce workforce reporting, and maintain HRIS records.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business and managing a wide range of HR responsibilities. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, employee data, workforce reporting, HRIS administration, HR policies and day-to-day people matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The role will also involve working closely with managers and employees across the business, ensuring HR processes are managed accurately and consistently while supporting regional HR operations.
