Job summary

Epicsoft Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and drive talent acquisition, payroll, and employee experience across regional offices. You will partner with business leaders to enforce HR governance, policies, and people development programs.

The role reports to the HR Director and requires hands-on leadership across multi-country operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with full-spectrum HR.
• Experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is desirable.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join our team and help build a high-performing organisation.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations while supporting HR coordination across our regional offices. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience and HR governance across the Group.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational functions.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers and offboarding.

• Support regional HR initiatives, HR systems and continuous process improvement projects.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR practices across multiple countries.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum8 years'HR experience with strong exposure to full-spectrum HR.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is highly desirable.
• Experience in a listed company, multinational corporation or fast-growing organisation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Info-Tech HRMS or equivalent systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region.
