Job summary

Retail F&B near Tanjong Pagar MRT is seeking a Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager to lead the recruitment team and support comprehensive HR operations. The role focuses on strengthening processes, onboarding, and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with Operations and hiring managers to drive KPI improvements and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective HR practice.

Qualifications

• Well-rounded HR operations experience, including onboarding, confirmation, employee lifecycle management, contract administration and offboarding.
• Good understanding of MOM regulations, Employment Act, work pass administration and statutory compliance.
• Experience in HR reporting, manpower planning and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment team and support comprehensive HR operations excellence.
• Lead and develop our existing recruitment team.
• Strengthen recruitment processes and improve hiring KPIs.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations and hiring managers.
• Support the HR Manager in driving HR operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume industries such as F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or Logistics.
• Experience handling recruitment across multiple outlets or business units.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring junior recruiters.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership towards recruitment KPIs and hiring outcomes.
