Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Singapore is seeking a seasoned People & Organisation Business Partner to support hospital leadership and associates. You will manage onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring fair treatment and strong engagement across MVH clinics in Singapore.

You will partner with hospital leaders on compensation, development, wellbeing, and total rewards, while guiding management on policy adherence and Mars' Five Principles in daily

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR Generalist experience with employee relations.
• Knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience advising managers on complex HR matters (advisory capacity).
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle associate experience in MVH hospitals in Singapore, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, relations, and offboarding.
• Lead annual and ongoing People & Organisation processes in collaboration with hospital leadership.
• Advise hospital management on culture, total rewards, and policies in line with The Five Principles of Mars.
• Educate management on talent planning, leadership development, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to resolve complex HR issues and implement best practices.
