Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Singapore is hiring a People & Organisation Business Partner to support hospital leadership and associates across the full employee lifecycle. You will foster a welcoming environment, manage onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and incident investigations, while collaborating on total rewards and wellbeing initiatives.

The role requires extensive HR generalist experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on advisory capabilities to help MVH attract,

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Min 8 years of HR Generalist experience with employee relations.
Experience with Singapore local labour laws and regulations.
Hands-on, fast-paced, approachable and advisory-minded.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support the full cycle of associate experience in MVH hospitals in Singapore (onboarding, performance, engagement, relations, separations, offboarding).
Lead onboarding to ensure a welcoming and positive experience for each associate.
Advise managers on complex HR matters and total rewards enhancements.
Conduct workplace investigations and support employee relations issues.
Partner hospital leadership on workforce planning, coaching, and succession.
Drive training and development initiatives for hospital teams and leadership.
