Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, veterinary sciences or related field.
• Minimum five years in talent acquisition with internal and external recruitment firm experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with HRIS systems and KPI reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the business.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders and P&O to define recruiting strategies and governance.
• Support onboarding coordination with cross-functional teams and analytics.
