Job summary

ESR Group is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner based in Singapore to partner a broad portfolio of corporate functions and business units. You will translate business priorities into people actions, coach managers, and collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver a consistent employee experience across ESR's leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Partner corporate and enablement functions across commercial/operational teams.
• Experience in matrix organisations and working with Centres of Expertise.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner to Singapore-based corporate functions and business units.
• Translate business plans into practical people priorities across structure, capability, resourcing, performance and retention.
• Coach managers through performance, organisation and employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Services and centres of expertise to deliver a consistent employee experience.
