Job summary

Smartt in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior HR & Admin Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. You will lead daily HR operations, support business growth, and ensure effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.

The role demands hands-on leadership of a small team, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate local labour regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist with 5–8 years in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in Recruitment, C&B, L&D, and Employee Relations.
• Proven leadership of a small team and project management.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and manpower planning.
• Partner with managers to meet workforce needs and implement hiring strategies.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits, and leave administration.
• Lead L&D initiatives and succession planning.
• Administer performance reviews and employee engagement programs.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
