Qualifications

• Proficiency in PowerPoint is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR practices, processes, and administration to support a productive workplace.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Bridge management and employee relations; address grievances.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with vendor and maintain records.
• Apply and manage performance appraisal and KPI systems for managers.
• Identify training needs and arrange suitable programs for staff.
• Handle travel, visa matters, IT liaison, landlord liaison, and office admin.
• Approve documents and expenditures per financial approvals.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Manage payroll matters including overtime, claims, and attendance.
• Oversee office facilities and statutory compliance.
• Organize company events and group activities.
• Coordinate BizSAFE, ISO, and PDPA compliance activities.
