The role emphasizes market awareness, collaboration with Revenue Management, and delivering outstanding guest service. A minimum 3 years in hotel sales and a hospitality diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in hospitality management.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with luxury hotel background.
• Experience handling Corporate/MICE/Leisure segments.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Expand the hotel's Corporate/MICE and Leisure client base through consistent sales solicitation and relationship-building.
• Conduct daily sales calls, site inspections and entertainments to strengthen ties with clients.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to ensure rate negotiations meet financial needs.
• Provide after-sales service and address guest feedback with relevant departments.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing volumes and opportunities for client base expansion.
