Job summary

MANULIFE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Case Manager to oversee end-to-end case management for both pre- and post-sale service transactions.

You will liaise with Financial Representatives and internal teams to gather documents, provide status updates, and ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales support. The role requires 5 years of experience (about 3 in insurance), strong communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution/university.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with approximately 3 years in the insurance industry.
• Highly service-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Flexible and capable of adapting in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Understanding of financial services and the requirements of sales professionals is advantageous.
• Front facing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end case management for pre- and post-sale service.
• Liaise with Financial Representatives, Business Development Managers, New Business & Underwriting and Legal & Compliance to gather documents.
• Provide ongoing and proactive status updates on cases.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for tracking outstanding issues and SLA adherence.
• Support post-sales transactions including policy changes, in-force illustrations, and claims.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and AML verifications prior to policy issuance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information.
