Job summary

TALENT EDGE RECRUITMENT LLP in Singapore is seeking a customer service specialist to support life and health insurance casework from pre-sale to post-sale. You will ensure smooth service delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires a service-oriented mindset, the ability to multitask, and front-facing experience; training is provided. This on-site position offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and resolve complex queries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience handling Life / Health insurance.
• Highly service-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
• Front facing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service aspects throughout the case lifecycle (pre- and post-sale).
• Liaise with Financial Representatives, Business Development Managers, New Business & Underwriting, and Legal & Compliance teams to assist with understanding and gathering required documents, underwriting requirements and other necessary documents, especially for policy issuance.
• Provide ongoing and proactive status updates.
• Assist with RFPs and discussions for high-net-worth cases to clarify underwriting requirements and decisions.
• Be the first line of review for appeals and provide appropriate advice to our partners.
• Liaise with Distribution Partners, Policy Services, Product & Pricing teams, Client Services and Claims on inforce policy requests, including policy changes, inforce illustrations, claims and other post-sales related transactions.
• Provide clear information on the necessary requirements to allow for one-touch resolution.
• Consistently track incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
• Screen submitted documents and perform AML verifications prior to policy issuance.

• Conduct enhanced due diligence checks, AML verifications prior to policy issuance and ensure contracts are issued upon receipt of premiums and required original documents
