Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a seasoned Merchandising professional to lead stock planning, assortment management, and event stock for regional markets in SEAO. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product flow, monitor inventory, and execute pricing and logistics aligned with brand guidelines.

The role requires strong Excel and data visualization capabilities, experience in retail merchandising, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable stock

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in retail merchandising.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI (PBI) and Looker.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, Stock Planning and Assortment Management across retail and external networks.
• Monitor stock availability and reallocate to meet regional demand.
• Conduct data-driven reviews of market assortments and provide insights.
• Coordinate packaging logistics to ensure brand presentation and efficiency.
• Support event stock requests and timely delivery updates.
