Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Performance, CRM, Training, Finance, Compliance and HR.
• Knowledge of HQ guidelines and store standards (BEP).

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance with Boutique Managers to deliver excellence.
• Develop and implement policies aligned with HQ BEP guidelines.
• Roll out HQ projects locally and communicate initiatives to teams.
• Collaborate with key departments to optimize productivity and store efficiency.
• Roster management to meet traffic and clienteling goals.
• Oversee boutique facilities and SAP-related payments.
• Identify and resolve ad-hoc retail issues to support performance.
• Lead store openings, closures, refurbishments, and relocations.
• Coordinate back-of-house and front-of-house layouts to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate trainings and provide compliance reports as required.
• Support retail activations and marketing initiatives with smooth execution.
