Job summary

Richemont Singapore drives High-End Merchandising for jewelry and watches across multiple Houses. Reporting to the Regional Head, you will advocate for SEAO merchandising and analyze local trends to optimize stock and rotation for seamless product flow.

Your role covers assortment management, stock availability, event stock, pricing and packaging logistics with boutiques and Asia teams, leveraging SAP/Power BI/Looker insights to support regional sales objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience in retail merchandising or related field.
Experience in operations, inventory or stock management.
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting.
Familiarity with SAP, Power BI and Looker.

Responsibilities

Merchandising, stock planning and assortment management across retail and external networks.
Monitor stock availability and execute reallocations to meet regional demand.
Conduct data-driven reviews of market assortments using boutique feedback and analytics.
Coordinate pricing guidelines, packaging logistics and event stock with boutiques and Asia operations.
Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to data visualization enhancements.
