Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management.
• At least 8 years in managing operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience in leading teams, handling customer feedback and planning with quality experience.
• Candidate with relevant work experience in healthcare have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Rationalize and manage support services coverage and provision in a cost-efficient way for back of house service operations including linen inventory, laundry, kitchen operations, medical consumables, environmental hygiene, housekeeping, landscaping, and more.
• Establish clear service agreements outlining scope, cost and responsibilities; monitor and manage outsourced service quality with stakeholders.
• Conceptualise and implement frameworks that support operational excellence across company services; develop SOPs and programmes.
• Collaborate with clinical leads and centre managers to ensure smooth operations meeting regulatory standards; improve efficiency and productivity.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste, create value for customers and organisation; participate in emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.
• Oversee service quality initiatives, feedback management, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure compliant operating environment, aligns with regulatory and infection control standards; plan equipment and IT system readiness.
