Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced program/project director to lead hospital infrastructure development in Singapore. You will coordinate design, construction and regulatory readiness across consultants, contractors and authorities.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure safety, compliance and readiness for day-one operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires senior-level project management experience in infrastructure.
• Experience with healthcare infrastructure or hospital development is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, fire safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and coordinate with consultants, contractors, users and authorities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage technical coordination meetings and facilitate discussions on design, construction and post-construction requirements.
• Oversee gathering, review and approval of users’ requirements with milestone sign-offs.
• Review designs to ensure regulatory compliance and operational needs.
• Represent the organisation in design reviews and project discussions to safeguard safety and readiness.
• Evaluate proposals to ensure practical, compliant, maintainable solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to design decisions and project changes.
• Ensure layouts support safe movement of patients, staff and visitors.
• Develop safety, compliance and operational readiness frameworks for commissioning and operations.
• Coordinate with authorities on fire safety, licensing and emergency preparedness.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are addressed for commissioning and day-one operations.
• Maintain robust project documentation and governance.
