Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Technical Manager to lead and coordinate all technical and design aspects for a large-scale hospital/healthcare development in Singapore. The role requires managing the design development from consultants through construction and completion.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building or related field and proven experience on major building projects, including hospital or healthcare schemes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical design management experience on major building projects.
• Prior hospital/healthcare project experience.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical and design coordination matters for a large-scale hospital / healthcare development
• Manage the overall design development process from consultants' design through construction and completion
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural and M&E design interfaces and resolve complex multidisciplinary technical issues
• Review design drawings, specifications, shop drawings and construction details for compliance, constructability and coordination
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and the site team to resolve discrepancies and design-related issues
• Lead technical and design coordination meetings with consultants, clients and project stakeholders
