Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary building/facilities projects.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with commercial drawing software and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Manage building, facilities and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Develop concept plans for new facilities and improvements.
• Coordinate architectural drawings, building plans and technical documentation.
• Provide design/project engineering support and technical advice.
• Manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet cost, timeline, quality and statutory requirements.
• Maintain project records and drawing files.
