Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer to own complex validation scopes for next‑gen HBM products in Singapore. You will optimize test flows, drive coverage, and mentor junior engineers, delivering high‑confidence product readiness through Verilog simulation and platform expertise.

You will lead data‑driven decisions, build automated analytics dashboards, and coordinate with global teams to ensure efficient IQP/ETV material usage and cycle time improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Validation Execution: lead end‑to‑end validation runs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own data pipelines and deliver decision‑ready reports and sightings.
• Guarantee coverage across MBIST and flows; drive corners and timing coverage.
• Develop and debug test programs on SM3/Cobra and Advantest V93K.
• Align hardware configs to test intent and throughput targets.
• Perform Verilog simulations to validate hypotheses and de‑risk content changes.
• Build automation scripts and dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis.
• Lead silicon debug with cross‑functional teams and ensure corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers in validation practices and tooling.
