Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a Staff Engineer to lead validation for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) components. You will define validation standards, optimize test flows, and mentor engineers while ensuring scalable, zero-escape test infrastructure across multiple test platforms.

You will own test program development, drive milestone-aligned releases, and push for code quality and robust validation practices. Strong background in C/C++, Python on ATE, and DFT/MBIST is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering (DRAM/HBM preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on test pattern and code development using C/C++ and Python on ATE systems.
• 5+ years as a Product Development Engineering lead.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation.
• Deliver timely test program releases aligned with validation milestones and drive code quality, reviews, and release best-practices.
• Drive test time optimization and parallelism improvements.
• Drive test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment.
• Drive test program debug on multiple testers.
• Coach and develop technical growth of other engineers in validation approaches, platform nuances, simulation methodology, and reporting standards.
