Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
• 8+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
• At least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.
• Test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).
• Strong expertise in ATE like Advantest and Teradyne
• Verilog simulation expertise (bench architecture, stimulus/checkers, waveform/log analysis).
• Proven ability to execute Validations and high-speed I/O validation with eye/IDD characterization.
• Advanced scripting and data analytics; Confluence/Jira and Git/Perforce.
• Strong Analog and Digital Circuit Understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Validation Run execution in high-pressure, fast-paced environment with on-schedule starts/completions.
• Own time-bound data crunching pipelines and deliver decision-ready reports and sightings by Cycle Time.
• Ensure coverage across Validation flows and drive hot/cold corners, timing boundary coverage, and evidence-backed closure.
• Develop and debug test programs on ATEs like Advantest and in-house ATE; enforce code quality and release discipline.
• Align hardware configs to test intent and throughput targets.
• Perform power/thermal characterization and correlate data with performance; propose silicon fixes.
• Architect Verilog simulations to replicate sightings, validate hypotheses, and de-risk content changes.
• Build automation scripts and dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis.
• Lead silicon debug across Design/Verification/Quality; drive root-cause actions and cycle-time improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams for platform enablement.
