Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related).
• 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering (DRAM/HBM preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on test pattern and code development using C/C++ and Python on ATE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test programs for HBM validation.
• Drive test time optimization and parallelism improvements.
• Ensure test program quality, reviews, and release practices.
